3rd August 2020 Monday Update on This is Fate Update: The Pooja is continuing, Kartika is thinking of what Sherlin said, she leaves the Pooja, Chachi goes to ask her what the matter is, she explains that Tanvi came to her room, she was scared of Sherlin, not able to tell anything, she also left their house without telling anyone but Rakhi that she was sick and need to go, Chachi is sure that it was not sickness but fear of Sherlin that lead to her leaving their house, she assures Kartika of a plan which she has developed and will tell her after the Pooja otherwise Rakhi will become suspicious.
Preeta is calling Mahesh she is very worried because he is not answering his phone, Mahesh picks the call, Preeta apologizes to him asking if everything was alright, Preeta ask if everything was alight, he thinks that she still cares for his family even after everything that has happened, she again asks him, he mentions that everything is fine and he wants to meet her to apologize, he asks her to wait or him as he is coming to her house where he will explain everything, she also assures that she will wait for him. Preeta wonders what has happened which has caused such extreme tension to Mahesh, she is waiting for him.
Shrishti is with Janki who asks her what she is thinking, she explains that everything has reached such a low point that she does not understand how to correct it, Janki mentions that nothing is such wrong, Shrishti tells her everything that has happened between the two families, she explains that she is trying to find a solution while everyone else is looking at the problems, she explains that she has planned to delay her wedding.
Janki explains that she wants to delay Preeta’s wedding, she first wants to remove all of the mis understandings between the Luthra family and theirs, Shrishti asks what she will do, She explains that she will use the method which her mother used with her aunt who was jealous of her mother so tried to degrade her< Shrishti asks for the plan, she takes her aside.
Sherlin is planning to leave the house saying that she does not want to go to jail, she tries to run but as she reaches the door, Preeta comes and slaps her, she tries to hit back, everyone comes in, she is forced to take her step backwards, she apologizes to everyone mentioning that she is not wrong, she pleads to Rishab.
Rishab explains that everyone can be wrong but Mahesh who herd it from her own mouth, she tries to convince Mahesh that raj is lying, but he explains that he told the truth the previous time but this time he did not let him take back his words. Karina mentions that she trusted her and stood against her own family for Sherlin but she deceived her.
Sarla heads to her, slapping her for each and every thing that she has done to her family, she starts to shout but Shrishti forces her to remain quiet threatening that she will hit her to the extent that she will not be able to survive. Sherlin requests Rishab to help her.
Rishab agrees asking first if she is pregnant, she lies completely disowning the blame, Rishab gets frustrated but she insists that it is his child, Karna heads to him saying that it is the child of her boyfriend, Prithvi.
Sherlin looks to Preeta who mentions that she is not broken because they trusted Prithvi but he instead deceived them all breaking their trust, she wants to know why is he so revengeful of them.
Everyone is trying to make her confers, Samer says that she should be taken to the police station, she runs away, they follow her but she picks a knife and takes Preeta as hostage, holding he knife against her throat, they all order her to release Preeta, Dadi also advises that she make a deal with her and Preeta should not be harmed. Sherlin explains that she will tell the truth but will not go to jail, she says that she is pregnant, Chachi was right and she has been pregnant since the last 3 and a half months. Rishab asks the reason that they want to take revenge, she however refuses.
Sherlin sks them why they do not like her and trust Preeta with their hearts, she says that she has the heart to decide what is wrong and is able to stand and fight for her family, Preeta hits her on her stomach pushing her against the table, Sarla takes her threatening that she will beat her because she warned her if she did anything with her daughters she will be really angry.
Shrishti says that they should beat her with their slippers and when they’re about to beat her she wakes up from the dream, Sherlin stands up thinking how did she make such a big mistake, she should have closed the door before taking Prithvi’s name, she scolds herself blaming hat she is the reason behind ruining Prithvi’s dream, she decides to call Prithvi.
Prithvi is with his family they all are selecting their clothes, he gets a call from Sherlin and leaves making an excuse, she answers that they have been exposed so he should come to the Luthra house immediately.
Rakhi is calling Mahesh, Pandit ask them when he will join them, Karina inquires her about what Mahesh said, she explains that he said it will take some time as he is going to Preeta house to apologize. Mahesh says that he is going to meet Preeta, they have done things that are not right, she has extreme importance in their life and Karan is also not in his right mind, he wants to correct their future lives.
Prithvi is taunting Mahesh while seeing his photo, explaining that he is laughing but his family will soon very for him, he sends it to Rakha, Prithvi calls him, he explains that he has got the photo, Prithvi orders that he should kill him so that his photo is on tomorrows newspaper, Rakha promises to kill him.
Mahesh explains that he will marry her to Rishab, he kneels to find the car keys asking her to get in, she mentions that she will not come with him, he gets amazed asking her the reason, she explains that he knows what Karan did to her and now even a single step is very hard for her to take , he promises that he will not let anyone say anything to him, she however explains that Karan will not listen to anyone and will do what he feels like, Mahesh says that he knows she has been humiliated but he promises that everyone will come and apologize to her, she however mentions that she doesn’t want them to apologize but only want them to believe that she is telling the truth, Mahesh says that this means she does not believe him, She mentions that when they came back that night, Sarla said to her that Bi jee was not sleeping even when she gave her a sleeping pill, she also had to give her drugs, that family insulted her even when she cared for them at her age, she asked her to cry and forget the entire family, even her relation with Karan and Rishab, she has a high regard for her, they did not trust or repse4ct her so she will not look back at their house, also to not go to them, they must cut the rotten part of the body otherwise it can harm the entire body, she cannot see her cry, so she has to promise. Mahesh agrees mentioning that he respects her decision.
Mahesh leaves while Preeta is standing there.
The truck is driving very fast while looking for someone, Mahesh turns onto the road, they try to hit him but he dodges it, they turn the truck to follow him again, he drives the car and is thinking what he said to Rishab that he likes Preeta more than Sherlin, he thinks that nothing has been wrong so he will correct everything, he thinks that they both trust each other and are friends which is the first step in love.
Prithvi says that he has to go, Sherlin however refuses requesting that he stay, he however says that they will get into a lot of trouble if the Luthras see them, she takes his phone calling the murderer, he answers asking who she is, she mentions that she is his boss and they are working for her, they promise that they will kill him, they plan to kill him from the front as then it will see like man accident. There is traffic on the road, the truck driver explains to Mahesh that the bridge is being repaired requesting that he take the alternative route which is much quieter but cleaner, Mahesh thanks him taking the turn towards the road.
The driver is following Mahesh on his truck, he taunts that he will now kill them wondering how they can trust someone like him, he thinks that now they will kill him leaving no notice of the incident.
Prithvi is very worried, she wonders that now the truth will come out, Karan will also realize that she did everything only to protect his family, he will also understand that she only cares for his family, her mother will regain her lost status.
Mahesh is driving his car, he thinks to call Karan asking if they have left the Mander, the truck overtakes him, he is left shocked on seeing that it is the same truck, the driver decides to scare him, Mahesh gets curious on seeing their actions and reckless driving.
The truck driver pushes Mahesh’s car behind forcing him to get locked in, then Rakha comes out with a pole hitting him on the head, Mahesh gets unconscious, he again hits him before leaving Mahesh on the side of the road, he sees Mahesh is dead but he is still looking to minimize the chances of survival
