Zara tells the kids to not take anything from Jalali for eating. Firdous asks if she is scared of him? Kabir says no, Zara is a brave girl, she can fight against any evil man. Zara smiles and thanks him.
Kabir thinks that how can Jalali pray to God and be such a criminal?
Zara thinks that Jalali can do anything and Kabir will never know. Some men come to her room and runs behind her. She gets scared but an officer saves her. Kabir comes there and he is an army officer Yadav, he will protect us. Yadav says the men couldn’t kidnap her. Kabir says I was taking your test, Yadav can protect us. Kabir asks Zara to stop worrying about Jalali.
Kabir comes to his room and prays to protect the kids. He comes to their room and kisses their head. Kabir looks at Zara and says don’t worry, I am with you, I will take care of you. Zara says I slept here by mistake. Kabir is about to close the window but Zara says this moon is my friend, I share my stories with him, it brings light in my life. Kabir smiles and says it’s good that you are his friend. When you can’t see a moon then whom do you rely on?
Zara says no, I was alone. Kabir says so I will stay outside the window and you can talk to me. Zara says you will listen to me? I am not scared of the dark anymore because of you. Kabir smiles and leaves. Zara recalls him saying that he doesn’t want to lose her. She smiles lovingly.
In the morning, Zara looks at Kabir’s eyes and says why didn’t you sleep? Kabir says I was thinking about Jalali, how can be a priest and so cruel? Zara says you should talk to him. Jalali meets Kabir. Kabir says I have come to give you respect. Jalali says everyone bow to me. Kabir says I think Imran should become the head priest so why are you doing these elections? You will lose to Irfan’s candidate. Jalali laughs and prays in front of him. Kabir notices that he has wrong posture and thinks that he is no priest. Jalali says I bow down to God so I can keep my head up in front of the world, I was so angry that I had to pray in order to calm down. You tell Irfan that make Imran the head priest and I will step down but you will be present in that ceremony and Shahbaz will be present too.
Irfan tells Kabir that we have to find proofs against Jalali. Zara comes there and says I met Jalali’s twin Halali, he lives here. Kabir says how do you know that? Zara says I met him here and got to know that he is a normal man, he is ready to testify against Jalali.
Jalali tells Kabir that Imran has to prove that he can be a head priest. Kabir says Imran is capable. Jalali asks Imran if he knows any prayer that can stop him from burning his hand a hot water bowl? Imran looks on. Jalali puts his hand in the boiling hot water and nothing happens to him. He asks Imran to pray and try. Imran tries to put hand in the water but it burns. Jalali prays for him and asks him to try again. Imran puts his foot in the hot water bowl but he doesn’t get burned this time. All are surprised and say that Jalali should be the head priest. Kabir says this was magic but we need a priest for the sharia board. Jalali asks Imran to recite Quran verses. He starts reading but mixes the lines up. Kabir asks Imran to not be scared and recite. Imran says I don’t want to be a head priest, I am not capable enough, Jalali should become the priest. All are shocked. Imran tells Kabir that he can’t become a head priest so let Jalali become the head priest. Shahbaz says there is no reason to elect as Jalali can become the head priest now. Irfan says we can find a new candidate until tomorrow.
Kabir shouts at Imran for saying no to the position. Imran says I was blank at that time, I didn’t know what to do. Zara recalls his brother telling her that Jalali is not a priest, I gave his exams to get him a degree, he as kidnapped my kids so I can’t speak up against him. Imran tells Irfan that I don’t know how this happened, I am sorry. Azra says now Jalali will become a head priest. Zara says we have to do something. Irfan says we have time till tomorrow only.
Kabir brings a sacred thread for Zara and says it will protect you. Zara makes him wear it around her neck. Zara says we have to stop Jalali from becoming a priest.
Shahbaz tells Jalali that we have to get that position. Jalali says I didn’t get this power easily. Zara hides and sees from a secret door. Jalali says I have evil powers to support me. He feels someone’s presence and sends a fireball to find that person but Zara leaves from there. Jalali says my fireball was wrong for the first time so she will have to bear the punishment. He crushes it.
Kabir shouts at Zara that you shouldn’t have come there. Zara says I went there to find out what he is upto, he wants power to destroy this city. She gives her thread to Kabir and says I will not let him do this. She leaves.
Zara takes an officer’s gun and is going to shoot Jalali but Kabir stops her and takes her away.
Kabir locks Zara in a room and shouts at her to not do this. Zara says I can’t let him destroy people’s lives. Kabir says then go ahead and shoot him, I will not tell you anything. Zara says I will not wear this thread till I deal with him. Kabir gives her the thread and says wear it, I am ready to become the head priest. Zara is elated. Kabir says we have to make him lose by being together. Zara says we will win together. Kabir makes her wear the thread.
