Kabir thinks I wish I could tell the truth to Zara. The flashback shows how Kabir finalized his divorce with Ruksaar. Then she told him that she is pregnant. Ruksaar says we can’t finalize the divorce because of this baby. Kabir says don’t tell me the law, we didn’t have any physical relationship, whose baby is this? Ruksaar looks on and says I saw love in someone else. Kabir says you didn’t tell me because it’s a sin. Ruksaar says he is very dangerous, he will kill me. Kabir says get lost from this house. Zeenat begs him to not do it, she is pregnant and it will be a trouble for our family. Kabir says I am not listening to this time, she is not staying here at this time. Ruksaar says I will kill this baby then. Kabir says don’t threaten me
Then how Ruksaar went to the hospital to kill the baby and he had to stop it. Zeenat then told Kabir that Ruksaar will stay here and will not kill this baby if you give this baby your name and keep Ruksaar here. Kabir says I can’t let an innocent baby die. Ruksaar asked me to promise in Quran that he will not tell this secret to anyone. He promised in Quran that I am doing this for humanity and will give my name to this baby. The flashback ends. Irfan asks Zara if she wants to go home? Zara says no, after the wedding, in-laws house is my house and I can’t run away from the truth. Kabir and Zara both arrive at the house. Kabir is surprised to see her and goes to her. Dua plays as he tries to hold her hand but she moves away. She says you know why our love never succeeded? Because you take duty above love, you used to hate me initially but it was your duty, today you fulfilled your duty with Ruksaar but made your love lose. You defeated your love today. Kabir is hurt to hear that. Kabir and Zara enter the house to see celebrations going on and a palanquin. Zara says what is all this? Kabir asks them to stop all this, who called you here? Ruksaar comes there and says I called them. Kabir is stunned and says this is a joke? What are you doing here? Ruksaar says you care for me so much, the doctor wanted me to stay there but I wanted to welcome Zara here. Irfan says what is this? Ruksaar says I got to know that there is a ritual where the first wife takes the second wife in the palanquin to her room. Kabir asks her to stop this drama. Irfan tells Zara that see this? Do you want to stay in this house where you will be insulted daily?
Ruksaar was the second wife before and we didn’t do this palanquin ritual. Zeenat says Kabir didn’t want that wedding but this time Zara is his choice and they won’t break this marriage. Kabir gets angry and is about to break the palanquin but Zara stops him and says if this is a ritual then wife no. 2 will do it. Salma says you don’t have to get insulted. Zara says if someone who said to love me, who said to give me all the happiness insulted me so much then what’s left there? He made me wife no. 2 even knowing that I can’t share him. I will bear his insults like I took his love. She sits in the palanquin. Kabir asks her to come out and says don’t become part of Ruksaar’s drama. Zara says play the song. Ruksaar says the groom and his friend will take the bride to her room. Kabir says I am not doing it at any cost. Zara says you have me a second wife so do your duty. We will do this ritual and I won’t come out of this palanquin till it doesn’t go to my room. Zara is angry.
Zara tells Kabir that I am not getting down from this palanquin until you take it to my room. Kabir and Imran sadly lift it and start taking her to the room. Zara cries recalling her moments with Kabir. Dori toot gayian plays. Zara goes into her room and locks herself. Ruksaar says she might want to cry so let her be. Kabir tells Ruksaar that you are not my wife. Zara is my first and last wife. You are no one to me so stop this drama. Zeenat says she is pregnant and you can’t give her tension, aren’t you ashamed? Kabir says I am doing everything to save this baby otherwise I would have never let Zara cry. Ruksaar thinks Zara will cry for her life now.
Zara tries to control herself. and says I can’t leave Kabir but I am doing this so I can find the truth about Ruksaar and Kabir’s relation. She packs her bags.
Irfan tells Kabir that I am scared to see all this, she won’t be able to bear this insult. Kabir says I am ashamed, I just want to talk to Zara. Salma says no things will bad now. Kabir says I love her a lot, I promise.. Salma says enough, we loved you like a son but you… my daughter is getting insulted here. Irfan says we are helpless as you are our son in law so I am requesting you to throw my daughter out of this house, at least then I will know she is not getting insulted here daily, she will die here. Salma says don’t beg to him, we will not leave Zara alone. Ruksaar comes there and says I went to Zara’s room with tea but she is not opening the door. Zeenat says she might be in the shock, she knows that she is bride no. 2. Ruksaar says what if she takes the wrong step? All rush to Zara’s room.
Salma asks Zara to open the door. Kabir asks her to open it. Ruksaar says she might have taken some steps. Kabir asks them to shut up, my Zara can never do such a thing. He breaks the door to see Zara with her packed luggage. She comes out. Salma says this is the right decision, let’s go home. Zara starts leaving with them. Kabir goes behind her. Zara says I am not going anywhere from my in-laws’ house. Zeenat says why you have a suitcase with you then? Zara opens the suitcase and throws things out. Zara says I came here to treat Shahbaz and my time was for a month, whatever happened with me doesn’t make me leave my duty. I might be the second wife and my love has lost so I will fulfill my duty. I will treat Shahbaz. She takes a match-stick and burns all her bridal dresses. Kabir and others are shocked. Zara tells Kabir that I am the first bride in this society who doesn’t have any color in her life so there is no point in wearing these bridal dresses. I will fulfill all my duties, I will make food for Kabir and do all things but it will be all duty as we can make our love lose for our duty, right Kabir? My life is colorless now. Kabir sadly wipes her eyes. Humari adhuri kahani plays. Zara thinks I know Kabir loves me a lot and can’t see me in pain but I will use this to find out what’s the truth of your relationship with Ruksaar. Zara leaves from there. Ruksaar gets Sartaj’s call and leaves. Kabir looks at the burning clothes of Zara. Kabir says you can’t take away our love and you can’t decide for ourselves on your own, I understand your pain so I promise to make you understand you are the only one for me, there can be no one for me. He takes the ashes and his hand is burning. Imran tries to stop him but Kabir says these are not Zara’s clothes but her dreams. He puts ashes in the box to save them. Imran says tell me what you are hiding? You have to stop being silent, he leaves. Kabir says this silence will break and the truth will come out. I just want Zara to have peace after all this.
