Kabir tells Zara that I am not lying, what is wrong with you? You used to run to your mother at one phone call, you married me only because she asked to. Zara says I am Nargis and I am not listening to you. Kabir says I am not going anywhere without you, you can do anything in life but if you lose your mother then everything will be finished. Zara falters in her steps but leaves.
Kabir comes to Zahida and says can you talk to my Zara? She has to listen to me, you have to convince her! I am sorry I can’t control my anger, please try to convince her. Zahida says you should have guts to not lie and force someone, if you are following truth’s path then God will be with you always. Kabir thinks about her words and she leaves. Zara cries hugging Zahida, she says Kabir is playing with my emotions. Zahida says no I saw the truth in his eyes. Zara says no he is trapping me, he knows if that I go there then I will stay there for my mother’s love, I won’t go there. Zahida says I never forced any decision on you, you can’t go right now because of the lockdown, you have the whole night to think about your decision. Just remember that the path to God is from this world only.
Kabir is working late at night at Zara’s house. Zahida brings food for him but Kabir says I have already eaten. If I don’t the source of food and income from where it’s coming then I can’t eat it. Zahida smiles and says you are our guest so it’s my duty to serve you but I won’t ask you to break your rules or argue with you. You have to wake up early so keep this mosquito spray. Kabir is surprised by her good behavior. He sees a coil in his room but still takes the spray from her. She smiles and leaves.
Kabir writes a letter and says Zara is not listening to me so I will write everything here. Ek Dil hai plays as he comes to Zara’s room but she is not there. Kabir puts the envelope under her door and says I have written everything about my 2 years in this letter. I promise I didn’t lie about anything. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Zara comes to Zahida. Zahida says I know you have taken a decision, I am proud of you, how did you come to a conclusion? Zara says you taught me how to treat people with music and never judge anyone’s needs, even if they are lying. I have decided that I will go there. Zahida nods. In the morning, Kabir is in the car and thanks to God when Zara comes out ready to go with him. Kabir says I knew you would listen to me and come with me, he takes her luggage. Zahida wishes Zara luck and hugs her. Kabir opens the door and waits for her. Zara shyly goes to sit in the back. Kabir thanks Zahida and starts driving away. Kabir brings Zara home and says we have arrived at your destination. Zara is tensed to see her old house. Kabir opens the door for her. Zara goes in the house and recalls her moments with her parents. Irfan comes there and says Zara.. daughter Zara.. Zara controls herself and turns around. Irfan gets emotional seeing her. Zara avoids looking at him. Irfan rushes and hugs her, he cries but Zara controls herself. Zara moves away and says I am Nargis. She turns to leave but Irfan calls out to her and stumbles back but Kabir holds him. Irfan says she greeted me as Zara did, she is my Zara. Kabir says yes, let’s have sweets as your daughter is here and would soon call you Abba. Zara is tensed to hear that.
Kabir tells Irfan that your daughter is here and soon she will accept that she is your daughter. Irfan smiles happily. Zara turns to them to see Irfan opening his arms. She tries to leave from there so Kabir says you can’t see your mom? Irfan says she has been crying for you for 2 years. When you were born, the doctor said that they can save only mother or daughter but she risked her life for you and you are leaving her? She hasn’t eaten anything for 2 days, she is dying slowly, she has moved her from her room. Zara says I am not what you think I am but I am here to heal a person in pain. I will play my music and she will come out of her room on her own. She takes her instruments and asks Kabir to take her instrument bag. He laughs and says me? Irfan pleads so Kabir angrily takes it.
Ruksaar is watching depressing news so Zeenat turns off the TV and says I don’t want to see you all this in pregnancy. Ruksaar gets a call from Sartaj and asks Zeenat to bring tea for her. Zeenat goes. Ruksaar takes the call. Sartaj says Zara is in Irfan’s house. Ruksaar says she is trapped now, I will not spare her now. Zara washes her face and recalls Irfan hugging her and she trying to act indifferent. She cries and tries to control herself. She says God I have hurt my parents but you know my pain, I was away from my parents but I still love them that’s why I am here. You know my helplessness, I am not away from them, I am just closer to you God. Please give me the strength to face them.
Irfan is trying to make Salma eat but Salma says I will eat only when Zara comes here. When she tries to hug me then I will scold her for not meeting me earlier. Kabir messages Irfan that we have to mentally prepare Salma to meet Zara and not get shocked when she hears Nargis. Irfan nods and shows Salma an apple. Salma says it’s saib. Irfan says no it’s an apple. Kabir says what if Zara comes here and says she is not Zara but Nargis then what will Salma say? Salma says she is my Zara, my daughter so I will recognize her, I feel her presence closer to me today. Irfan is about to tell her but Kabir stops him.
Zara offers prayers and prays to God to give her strength to meet her mother.
Zara starts playing her music in her room. Salma hears it in her room and smiles. Zara recalls her moments with her mom and cries. Salma leaves her room and recalls her moments with toddler Zara. Salma cries and runs upstairs to Zara’s room. Irfan and Kabir look on. Salma enters Zara’s room and cries seeing her silhouette. She gets dizzy seeing her but Kabir doesn’t let Irfan go near them. Salma is about to fall down but Zara rushes and hugs her tightly. She cries silently and tries to compose her but Salma has fallen unconscious to Kabir comes there and holds Salma while touching Zara’s hand. She moves it away and moves Salma to bed. Zara can’t stop herself and hugs Salma. She cries hugging her. Kabir and Irfan smile.
