Ranjeet Kukreja doubts Munna when he sees him wearing a suit and a Kolhapuri chappal. Indira, Sumer and Rishi get worried when Kukreja confronts Munna. The owner of Jhumpa’s house returns money to Inder, which he had paid as the deposit. Before returning the money, the owner deducts two months rent, which Inder was unable to pay him. Munna, who is posing as Rohit Kapoor tells Rishi to pay him Rs 11 lakh instead of Rs 10 lakh as he had convinced his entire family to help Indira to save Sharma Niwas. Munna had agreed to help Indira on the condition that she should pay him Rs 10 lakh. Kukreja gets confused when he overhears their conversation. Kukreja questions Rishi about Rohit’s demand. Rishi handles the situation by stating that he had challenged Rohit that their grandmother would never sell the bungalow. He adds that Rohit had accepted the challenge on the condition that he must pay him Rs 11 lakh, if their grandmother sells the bungalow. Indira, who is posing as Mr Kapoor’s grandmother, intervenes and requests Kukreja to finalize the deal. Before Indira could sign the fake property documents, Kukreja stops her. He asks his manager to call up the pundit to enquire whether it was the right mahurat to sign a deal. After conversing with the pundit, Kukreja refuses to finalize the deal. He adds that he would sign the documents only after some time. He further adds that his pundit has told him that he should be alone with Mr Kapoor’s grandmother while finalizing the deal.
When Inder returns home, Kutumb confronts him for his decision of selling Sharma Niwas and sharing the amount with Jhumpa. In front of Inder, Kutumb accidentally asserts that Indira should succeed in her plan. Inder gets puzzled and questions Kutumb about Indira’s plan. When Kutumb refuses to reveal the truth, Inder threatens to hit her. He compels Kutumb to reveal about Indira’s plan to save Sharma Niwas. A furious Inder tries to strangle Kutumb. Before Indira could finalize the deal with Kukreja, Inder calls up Kukreja but his cell phone is on silent mode. Indira notices, Inder’s call and hides the phone. When Kukreja tries to flirt with Indira, she reminds him about the deal. Meanwhile, Inder calls up Kukreja’s manager. The manager gets puzzled when Inder tells him not to finalize the deal of the bungalow at Gurgaon.
Inder calls up Kukreja’s manager to inform him about Indira’s plan to trick Kukreja. Before he could reveal the plan, Munna, Rishi, Indira, Sunaina and Mandira return home. Munna stops Inder from revealing the truth. Indira gets furious when she sees Kutumb wounded. Indira confronts Inder and insults him. Inder gets surprised when he learns that Kukreja had sold Sharma Niwas to Indira whom he thought was Mr Kapoor’s grandmother. A furious Inder threatens to teach Indira a lesson. He asserts that he would stop Kukreja from finalizing the deal. Sumer and Rishi lock up Inder in a room so that he does not create problems for Indira while concluding the deal. After Indira, Rishi and Sumer go to Kukreja’s bungalow to re-buy Sharma Niwas, Inder feigns severe chest pain. Kutumb and Munna panic on hearing Inder’s cries and rush to help him. When the duo opens the doors of the room, Inder tricks them and escapes. He threatens to foil Indira’s plan. Indira visits Kukreja and pays Rs 1crore in order to re-buy Sharma Niwas. Kukreja refuses to sell Sharma Niwas to Indira as he had already sold the house to Mr Kapoor’s grandmother. Meanwhile, Rishi calls up Kukreja’s manager. He advises the manager to verify the property documents of Mr Kapoor’s bungalow. Rishi, however, does not reveal his identity. After verifying the documents, the manager rushes to Kukreja and informs him that the bungalow at Gurgaon does not belong to Mr Kapoor. He adds that the bungalow is a disputed property. Kukreja gets furious. Meanwhile, Inder is on his way to Kukreja’s bungalow. Indira asks Kukreja to return Sharma Niwas to her. After Kukreja signs the documents, Indira pays him Rs 1 crore. To Indira’s surprise, Inder arrives at Kukreja’s bungalow.
Inder asks Kukreja to cancel the deal of Sharma Niwas with Indira. Kukreja gets shocked when Inder reveals about Indira’s plan to trick him. He adds that Indira had posed as Mr Kapoor’s grandmother and sold the bungalow at Gurgaon to Kukreja. He further adds that the bungalow does not belong to Indira. Indira does not get worried as Kukreja had already transferred Sharma Niwas on her name. Kukreja threatens not only to usurp Sharma Niwas but also to kill Indira. Kukreja is about to fire at Indira, when Munna arrives and saves her. Indira tries to run away but Kukreja manages to chase her. Kukreja gets worried when Rishi arrives and snatches the revolver from his hand. Kukreja tricks Rishi and manages to take the revolver from Rishi’s hand. He threatens to kill Rishi but at that time Sumer arrives and saves him. Meanwhile, Indira tries to runaway with the documents of Sharma Niwas. Inder tries to chase her. When Inder succeeds in chasing Indira, he tries to force her to handover the documents to him. When Indira refuses to accept his demand, Inder slaps her hard. To Inder’s dismay, Sumer and Rishi arrive and stop him. Sumer threatens to teach Inder a lesson, if he tried to harm Indira in future. Sumer tells Rishi to return home along with Indira, while he takes Inder to the police station. When Indira and Rishi return home, Munna asks Indira to pay him Rs 11 lakh. Indira gets shocked on learning that Rishi had assured to pay Rs 11 lakh to Munna in order to seek his help against Inder. Munna gets furious when Indira asserts that she does not have money to pay him. She adds that she had to pay Rs 1 crore to Kukreja to re-buy the house. Indira gets furious at Rishi for giving fake assurance to Munna. Rishi reasons out that he wanted Indira to re-buy the house. He adds that he had no other option but to seek Munna’s help. Rishi further adds that if he would have not sought Munna’s help, she would have never been able to re-buy Sharma Niwas.
