Location: Ishaan’s office
The lab technician waits for samrat on the road, and he comes to him. He asks why the rush and need. The technician says that he doesnt trust him. Samrat taunts him and then gives him the money and shoves him away. he too leaves. Samrat then casts his eye on girls enjoying roadside snacks, in skimpy outfits. He begins to fake talk, on the mobile, glaoting about his luxurious cars, and also dealiong with the purchase of another. the girls are irritated. After cancelling the call, he eyes the girls, and again begins to boast. The girls see through his lies, and then address him as Uncle. he is disgusted. The vendor says that he has lost his sheen, as the girls fall for six packs now. just then, he gets shashi’s call, asking him, to come home soon, as its for his benefit only. She tries to hint that planning is going on against him. He is shocked.

Ishaan drives while urmi is going through the papers. She asks him to come to the restaurant, after finishing his meeting, as they have neglected the restaurant for long. he agrres. he brings the car to a halt in an isolated location. they stop and she asks whats the matter with him. He starts to romance with her, while she is amused. She says that supposedly he was running late. He says that his meeting was postponed. But she amusingly tells him to concentrate on work, and not on romancing. they have a hearty laugh.
Scene 3:
Location: Urmi’s hotel
urmi instructs the manager about the party arrangements. Asha comes to her and starts crying. urmi asks her to come and sit down and relax first. she gives her water. urmi asks her whats the matter. Asha continues to cry, citing about gaurav’s alleged illigitimate affair with his secretary, being highly melodramatic. Urmi is shocked. Asha contineus to cry, while she says that maybe she had a misunderstanding. Urmi says that she shall call and find out. Asha asks her not to tell gaurav, and makes him swear on it. asha says that now she shall teach him a lesson. urmi is tensed.
Scene 4:
Location: Ishaan’s residence
Shashi goes and tells samrat, about damini and sandhya’s planning about his exposing in front of tani, and how he shall be thrown out with much insult and disgrace. samrat is shocked and furious and angered too.
She asks why he always thought damini was on his side, and what would he have done without her. He frustratedly asks her if she is sure that she heard it, or else there would be dire consequences. she swears that she did, and on him only, and asks him to believe or not. He is set to thinking. While damini and sandhya are working, trying to decide for a dress for kitty, samrat comes and confront damini why are they preparing as if they are celebrating. Damini says that she wasnt doing anything of the sort. he confronts her pointblank about their planning. She is tensed, but doesnt express it. Samrat reminds damini that if she tries to throw him out, he would show the signed bonded papers to tani, and she shall fall flat. she still pretends to be unawares, and asks what does he try to implicate. He reminds her about the stamp papers that she had signed, and guffaws. damini is unfazed and amused too, as samrat asks her to think again, before trying anything against him, or trying to throw him out. she smirks and tells him why would she be such a fool, knowing that he had such papers. he says that he heard about the planning. She asks sandhya to confirm if they had any such talks. Sandhya says that they dont, but they do think about urmi, as they hate her. Samrat is tensed. damini asks who planted such an idea. Samrat doesnt respond. damini asks him to stop thinking on these lines. samrat warns her that if they havent thought, its good, and they shouldnt even try to, reminding that he has these papers. After he leaves, damini is tensed.
In his room, samrat warns shashi not to indulge like this, in his affairs, saying that they denied outright. Shashi sayss that they are liars. He doesnt understand who to believe and who not to. She tries to keep reinforcing that she didnt lie. he is tensed. he continues to reprimand, when tani comes in and findfs him misbehaving. she comes and asks whats he doing, when he is frustrated with her presence. he makes an excuse that she told him that he has become fat. tani remembers that day she haad said that samrat has gotten skinny. samrat and shashi are boggled.
In her room, Damini thinks that samrat is acting real smart, and wonders how she forgot this. tells sandhya that they shall have to find and retrieve the papers somehow, and once she gets them, she would throw samrat out of this house, unmistakably. the screen freezes on her determined face.
At the dining table, all sit down for a chat, as sandhya tauntingly asks when is she returning. Shashi asks if she wants to send her away soon. sandhya denies, while shashi thinks that she better be on their good side, and tries to butter them up, and impress them. They are amused at her effort, and damini points out as to how tani doesnt differentiate between the pricey and the worthless, and gets anything, once she likes it, hinting indirectly at samrat. shashi understands but pretends to ignore the jibe. They again bring out that urmi said that samrat betrayed her, and asks shashi if its true. Shashi is speechless, while tani comes in and assures sandhya that she is misinformed, and says that samrat cant betray anyone. urmi hears this and is tensed. She tells tani that she hopes samrat never betrays her.
Later, Urmi gets a call from asha with her ranting that gaurav has gone out, dressed nice and formal, and she is sure that he has gone for a date with his secretary. Urmi asks her to calm down and relax while she finds out stealthily aboutit. she cancels the call and is tensed. Asha is apalled.
Shashi meanwhile, when noone is around, tries Tani’s extravagant display of cosmetics, experimenting and lustily eyeing one aftre the other. She hears sandhya and damini’s voice coming from the hallway. Shashi hides under the bed while damini and sandhay come to search the papers. They rummage through the stuff, while shashi is tensed as she is in hiding. She wonders what are they searching. They dont find it, while also going through tani’s wardrobe. As they hear tani’s voice coming in, they rush. shashi too takes the cue and hides.
Scene 2:
Location: Fitness centre
The gym instructor gives a guide tour to samrat and then asks him to workout on the treadmill for 20 minutes. He begins to do so, while leeringly eyeing the girl, none of whom pays attention to him. He decides to get back in shape, as mumbai demands and then get rid of tani. He eyes a girl from behind talking on the phone, in the corridor, visibly tesned and upset. He comes out and admires her fitness and beauty. He gets ahead, and comes close to her, trying to hear whats happening, by the excuse of jogging and stretching, and hears her having visible discord with her boyfriend. As she turns around, Samrat almost collides into the girl, who has tears in her eyes, and a grieving past, in the health and fitness centre. She leaves rushedly apologising, after an awkward encounter with him. samrat leeringly eyes the girl, and thinks that this girl shall easily become his, and asks himself to concentrate on her. the screen freezes on his face.
Location: RBI office
Asha and urmi come to the bank, and find that its closed for public, but bank staff is working. they introduce themselves as gaurav’s family and are taken inside. They find its empty, and then go to gaurav’s cabin and find him happily chatting with the secretary while having lunch. She starts getting ideas. Urmi asks whats wrong in sitting and talking. Gaurav spots them and gets them inside. He introduces them to the secretary. Asha asks what happened to the meeting, and insinuates what kind of meeting happens at 2, during lunchtime. just then, other employees come in too for the meet. asha is boggled. gaurav says that they have lots of work pending, being year end, and hence decided to work, during lunch. Asha too taunts him to get to work as its so imp. He asks them to sit, while urmi says that they have to go to shop. Outside, asha is still unconvinced, while urmi says that gaurav isnt like this. asha doesnt believe. urmi is tensed.
Scene 2:
Location: Fitness centre
While samrat is working out, he again finds the same girl, in tears but still working out. When she gets down the treadmill, and walks out, samrat tags along. He says that he doesnt like her in tears, and asks if everything is sorted out. she ignores him and walks off. He piles on and says that he can always be there for her. She asks who is he and whats he trying to do. He says that she is taking him otherwise, and just because she is in problem, hence he came in. He says that she was crying. she asks him to stick to his affairs and not meddle in others’. she walks off. He says that she insulted him, and went off. He is tensed.
Scene 3:
Location: Ishaan’s residence and restaurant
Anirudh praises urmi for a wonderful lassi. Then shashi too comes and sits. She says that they were neighbours back in Jhansi, and didnt know that they would be related like this. tani comes in saying that she was abroad then, and hence it didnt happen, and if she had met samrat, she would have married him sooner. Shashi says that she wishes that had happened too, as they wouldnt have had to go through all troubles. urmi is tensed but doesnt say anything. Shaurya comes excited at skating, and then falls down. Anirudh and urmi rush to him, while he gets up in notime. Shashi and tani are least affected. Anirudh doesnt like it. urmi is asked by damini to let shaurya become good on his own and not overpamper him. Anirudh sits sulkenly and then points out as to how unaffected she was that shaurya was hurt. she is speechless. Shashi says that she has maintained her distance due to urmi’s fear, as she snatched shaurya away. urmi is angry and says that she never tried to do so. Shashi fumbles, and says that she didnt want it though, and that she had warned. urmi asks her not to blindly lie. Shashi shuts her and asks her not to speak, as if she starts speaking, then there shall be old skeletons dug out of the closet. urmi asks her not to too, as she too remembers everything, and if she starts, then it would be difficult for her and her son to live. Shashi turns to tani, and she fires up against urmi, asking her to treat her mother in law with respect. Urmi points out that she is her mother in law, and hence she shouldnt try and become hers too. damini and sandhya are amused and enjoy. tani and shashi are tensed.
