Munna tries to convince a group of band to play some music in order to celebrate the birth of his daughter. He assures to pay a huge amount to the band. After the band plays the music, the family dances and celebrates the moment. Indira feels upset on learning that Munna may have abducted Rishi. Inspector Sumer had found a shirt in Munna’s wardrobe, similar to the one, worn by the person in the photograph, who was forcing Rishi to sit inside a car. Indira feels hurt as she never thought that Munna would try to separate her from Rishi. Sunaina’s mother and Munna drink alcohol. Munna gets surprised when his mother-in-law gifts him a shirt. At that time a news channel broadcasts news that reports about a tenant, who robbed a house and killed the owner. After the duo sees the news, Sunaina’s mother fears that Piramal may kill them. Munna gets scared when Sunaina’s mother shows him a gun, which she had found in Piramal’s room. A completely sloshed Munna arrives in Piramal’s room with the gun. Munna is unaware that Inspector Sumer was posing as a school teacher named Piramal. Munna thinks of killing Piramal but drops the guns in the room and leaves. Sumer gets shocked when he sees Munna. Sumer decides to arrest Munna early morning as a suspect in Rishi’s case. Early morning, Munna comes to the police station for Piramal’s verification. To Munna’s surprise the constable puts him behind the bars. It is revealed that Sumer that ordered the constable to arrest Munna. Sumer also tells the constable that Munna should not learn that he was an Inspector. Munna panics when the constables blindfold him and tie his hands. Sumer is about to hit Munna to compel him to reveal the truth but at that time Indira calls him up. Indira requests Sumer to rush home as she wants to inform him something important. When Sumer arrives at Sharma Niwas, he learns that Indira had found a CD outside their house. When they play the CD, they are shocked to see Rishi, who states that he was aware about the person who has abducted him. Rishi is about to reveal about the person but at that time one of the goons assault him. The goon tells Rishi not to trouble Munna. Indira and Sumer get shocked when it is clear that Munna has abducted Rishi. An injured Rishi try to give hints. He makes a sign V with his fingers.
Indira gets upset on learning that Munna has abducted Rishi. She feels hurt as she never thought that Munna would try to separate her from Rishi. Inspector Sumer hits Munna, who was been blindfolded and tries to compel him to reveal the truth about Rishi’s abduction. Vidit believes that Indira was worried. He fears that Indira was facing some problems and that she wanted to speak to him about it. Sumer summons a person from a band and questions him whether Munna had taken credit from him. The person informs Sumer that Munna had taken Rs 25,000 from him long time back. Munna states that during Indira’s wedding, the person had come to play the band at Sharma Niwas and so he was trying to hide from the person as he was unable to repay his dues. Munna again refuses abducting Rishi. In the jail, Munna denies kidnapping Rishi and swears on his new born daughter to prove his innocence. Sumer shows the checkered shirt, which he had found in Munna’s wardrobe. Munna states that the shirt does not belong to him as he wears floral print shirts only. Rishi gets released as Sumer is unable to find evidence against him. Sumer, however, is determined to find the culprit as soon as possible. Indira wonders who must have abducted Rishi and why her family members wanted to separate her and Rishi. Munna gets shocked when he sees Indira in the police station. He gets furious at her as he believes that Indira had lodged a complaint against him. After Indira returns home, Inder expresses concern for her. Indira gets emotional and hugs him. At that time Munna arrives and slaps Indira hard. To avenge his insult, Munna attempts to hit Indira but Inder stops him. The family gets shocked on learning that that Indira had lodged a complaint against Munna as she suspected that Munna has abducted Rishi. Munna adds that the police hit him and tried to compel him to reveal the truth. A furious Kutumb throws Indira out of Sharma Niwas. When Sumer arrives at Sharma Niwas, he sees the family enjoying with the new born baby. He is determined to arrest the kidnapper as soon as possible.
