Posing as Rahul, Vedant approaches Dr Agarwal and promises to help him acquire the hospital. Mistaking Pankhudi for Purva, Vedant professes his love to her and hugs her. Dr Rashmi falsely accuses Vedant of molesting her. After disowning Vedant, Ramesh takes over the hospital.

In a bid to save Rohan, Purva becomes trapped in Dr Agarwal’s nefarious plans, but Vedant saves her with Pankhudi and DSP Soham’s help. He also exposes Chaukas’ and Agarwal’s evil deeds. In the end, Vedant and Purva agree to make a fresh start in the relationship.

Ramesh objects to Pankhudi being allowed to stay at Sanjeevni Sadan. Urmi thanks Purva for accepting Vedant wholeheartedly. Vedant and Purva spend some close moments together, but Pankhudi interrupts them. Sanju vows to make Pankhudi fall in love with him by ‘Holi’.

Urmi encourages Vedant to make Purva feel special. Ramesh receives a call and is asked to pay INR 5 lakhs if he wants his secrets to remain undisclosed. Meanwhile, Pankhudi does her best to outdo Purva in front of the Tripathis. Vedant loses all inhibitions and lets his fun side loose.

When he dumps a vat of colour on Ramesh, Ramesh slaps him. Vedant asks Purva out on a date. He also apologises to Ramesh for his insulting behaviour. Unaware of Pankhudi’s schemes, the couple blissfully spends their first date together.

When Ramesh refuses to give money for Vedant’s bail, Purva decides to sell her jewellery. Pankhudi cunningly manipulates Vedant into thinking that Purva drugged him with the ‘bhang laddus’. Pankhudi accuses Purva of being responsible for Vedant’s arrest and for planning to separate him from his family.

Pankhudi’s manipulations successfully create a rift between Vedant and Purva. Ramesh agrees for Sanju’s alliance with Pankhudi. Vedant and Purva solve their misunderstandings and confess being in love with each other. Purva blames Sanju for Pankhudi’s state.

Later, Purva takes Pankhudi to a hospital to conduct a rape test. Elsewhere, Vedant berates Sanju for his intoxicated state. Purva decides to get Sanju imprisoned for his act, but Vedant stops her and declares his support for Sanju. Vedant thanks Purva for not registering a complaint against Sanju.

Later, Purva decides to send Pankhudi away from Sanjeevni Sadan and that she too will be going along with her. Ramesh reveals a shocking reason for his hate towards Vedant. Purva defends Vedant on getting to know the reason behind Ramesh’s hate. Pankhudi is seen by Sanju when she comes inside Sanjeevni Sadan in search of the sleeping pill.

Pankhudi declares her intention of marrying into the Tripathi household to Purva. Ramesh asks Sanju to prove his worth to the family in the absence of Vedant. Sanju overhears Ramesh saying that he does not intend to get Sanju and Pankhudi married. Purva stops Ramesh from hitting Manjula.

Moments later, Purva sees Radhika with Pratik. Sanju starts a fight with Mayank after seeing him and Pankhudi together. Vedant arrives and stops their fight. When everyone opposes Sanju’s decision to marry Pankhudi, he loses his cool. Later, Sanju attempts to kill himself.

Pankhudi rejects the proposal in front of Purva but later gives a different answer to Vedant. Pankhudi is happy thinking that her agreement to marry Sanju will create a rift between Purva and Vedant. .

Elsewhere, Purva sees Radhika with Pratik and inform Vedant about it. The ‘Kheer’ prepared by Purva, which is to be kept as an offering in the temple, turns out to be spoilt. Pankhudi records a video of Purva saying she does not want her to get married to Sanju.

Purva is unable to find Pankhudi’s engagement ring. Ramesh announces that Radhika’s alliance with Avinash will be fixed during Pankhudi’s engagement ceremony. Narendra gets angry on Ramesh for fixing his daughter’s marriage without consulting him. Later, Ramesh arranges to kill Vedant in order to become the new owner of the property.

Ramesh decides to auction Sanjeevni Sadan and shift with the family to a new home. Vedant announces to the whole family that Radhika will be married to Pratik. Vedant sits on the ‘mandap’ with Radhika in the guise of Avinash.

Vedant marries off Pratik to Radhika. Vedant and Purva have an intimate celebration in the hospital for Urmi’s birthday. Ramesh demands Vedant to sign over the property and the hospital to him if he wants Manjula to stop doing all the household chores. Vedant makes Ramesh dress up like a woman and do all the household work by hypnotising him.

Later, a ‘tantrik’ informs the family members that Ramesh must bathe with cow dung at midnight to become normal again. Pankhudi tells Gomti that Vedant possesses an injection that can make her look 10 years younger. Gomti gets angry on Ramesh for causing embarrassment to the family by dancing in Sanjeevni Sadan.
