Episode 1
Shamshad Begum is angry with Razia’s ignoble behaviour. Sultan is delighted to see Razia’s gifts. Meanwhile, a messenger of death arrives with news. Fatima, one of Nizamuddin’s slaves, is to be buried alive along with her dead master. She appeals to the Sultan and Razia for help.

Razia comes up with a plan to save Fatima. The imams ask the Sultan to apologise to his subjects for his daughter’s actions.

Episode 3
Meanwhile, a stranger makes her way towards the kingdom. Shah Turkan, the Sultan’s mistress from Lahore, arrives and disrupts the celebrations. Meanwhile, Razia sneaks out of the palace.

Turkan talks to the Sultan about her son. The Sultan presents his daughters with gifts and Razia is delighted. Her happiness fades when she learns of the identity of the arrogant young man she had met.
