Kalyani helps her get back to her senses, but Ahilya and the others disapprove of her intervention. Aau Saheb sends Kalyani to Pune. Back home, the priest makes a visit and tells Anupriya the urgency to meet Aau Saheb, or else Kalyani’s life could be in danger. He gives her a talisman for Kalyani’s safety.

Later, Kalyani’s bus meets with an accident. Aau Saheb throws Anupriya out of the house. The social worker who brings Kalyani back home and praises her for her courage suspects someone from the family is responsible for Kalyani being sent to the organisers for human trafficking.

In an unexpected turn of events, Atharv lies to everyone that he and Kalyani love each other. The family sides with Atharva, but Malhar and Anupriya believe in Kalyani’s version of the truth and her innocence. Meanwhile, Atharva makes plans to elope with his girlfriend and vows to take his revenge on Kalyani for interfering in his personal life.

To expose Atharva’s deceit, Kalyani plans to intercept and expose his real girlfriend. Atharva uses physical violence to retrieve the recording that Kalyani made to expose him. Kalyani now has documented proof of Anupriya still being alive, enabling her to claim her fixed deposite from the bank.

Kalyani tries to find out who Atharv is going to Mumbai with, suspecting that it’d be his girlfriend. Kalyani, is ready to expose Atharva’s lies and deceit by making a video recording. Karan is about to stab Atharva, and Atharva confesses his love for Sampada, shocking everyone.

Sampada admits to loving Atharva, but says that she doesn’t love him anymore. Aau Saheb declares that Kalyani and Atharv would be married in a mass wedding in the village. Kalyani wants Malhar to rescue a kidnapped Sampada, so she takes him to the place where Sampada is held captive. However, due to some unfortunate turn of events, Kalyani too gets captured!

Kalyani and Anupriya receive a parcel from Atharv, opening which, they are shocked to find a slashed finger with a ring on it. The outhouse catches fire. Kalyani enters the burning outhouse to save the doll that Anupriya made for her.

On her way to meet Malhar at the police station, Kalyani is hit on the head by Atharv, who hides her in a big utensil and covers it with rice. When Kalyani accuses Atharv, she is asked for proof of her accusation.

Kalyani tells Malhar that Sampada never went to Mumbai. Anupriya declines Kalyani’s request to bring out Atharv’s truth as she feels their attempt will not be fruitful. Kalyani helps deliver Sampada’s baby boy with Anupriya’s instruction over the phone.

Atharv kidnaps Sampada and sends Kalyani a video threating to burn her alive if they inform Malhar. Kalyani is worried for Sampada not knowing Sampada was with Atharv all along. Kalyani and Anupriya take care of Sampada’s baby in the shed. Atharv arrives to get married to a worried Kalyani. Anupriya manages to sneak the baby back into the house.

Kalyani pleads with Sampada not to leave her baby, and they both are shocked to see the police arrive. Malhar receives the divorce papers and blames Kalyani for it. Anupriya hears Sampada and Atharv boasting of how they have succeeded in hoodwinking the Deshmukh family. Anupriya is arrested by Malhar and is accused of murder.

Sampada’s crying baby gets quiet in Kalyani’s arms. The doctor tells the Deshmukhs that the baby thinks of Kalyani as the mother. Aausaheb decides to save the baby and their reputation by announcing that Kalyani would wed Malhar the next day, and Malhar agrees. Malhar blackmails Kalyani into marrying him.

While Anupriya wants to stop the marriage, Malhar wants the marriage, and a confused Kalyani doesn’t know what she wants. Kalyani decides to marry Malhar for Anupriya’s safety. Malhar tells Anupriya that he’ll make sure that Kalyani’s life is a living hell.

Kalyani requests Malhar to let the Deshmukhs live. In reply, Malhar asks her to whip him using a belt. Anupriya spends a sleepless night thinking about Kalyani. Malhar gets a wall built inside the house to divide the house.

Aparna accuses Kalyani of conspiring to feed Pillu hot milk. When some women wish Malhar on his marriage, he invites them over for dinner, annoying Kalyani. Malhar insults Kalyani and makes announcements on the roads regarding the baby.

Seen by Anupriya and Kalyani, Manda threatens to throw the baby in a well. The constables catch Manda who admits to having been carried away by greed. When Manda is interrogated by Malhar in the Deshmukh household, she says that she was paid by Anupriya to kidnap the child.

Malhar punishes Anupriya by making her grind wheat throughout the night. Malhar tells the workers to file an FIR against Ahusaheb. Malhar secretly admires Kalyani’s spirit and kindness. Savitri tells the Deshmukhs about Kalyani’s good deed in saving the family’s reputation by preventing the FIR from being registered.

Malhar calls for some cartons from his old house. Kalyani falls trying to arrange them. A conniving Ahusaheb poisons Anupriya’s mind against Malhar, compelling her to believe that Kalyani is subjected to domestic violence. The next day, a few women approach Malhar from Nari Hindu Kendra and protest against him for domestic violence.
