After Swetlana manipulates her way out of jail, she goes after Mehek and Shaurya for revenge by pretending to be blind. Swetlana sets a bomb in the sharma house. She also sends thugs to go after Mehrya. Mehek and Shaurya run to a jungle. They hide from the thugs. At home, Kanta tries to wake Vicky and Nehal who are badly injured. She screams and pray to God for protection. Someone shoots Shaurya on the leg, Mehek shouts. Swetlana sees them and shoots Shaurya’s chest, he falls down. She shoots Mehek on her stomach. They are both dying. They hold hands in pain and loose their breaths. Swetlana separates their hands and is full of joy. Mehek promises to be back with Shaurya to finish their love story. Kanta comes there and sees Mehrya’s dead bodies. During their funeral, Kanta grab some ashes to the temple. She questions God and leaves her wedding necklace in the altar.

In a small town, a man drinks while his wife gives birth to a girl. Vikram, the father of the child, carries her & drops her in the rain. Another rich man is in a hospital, his wife delivers a boy. The rich man, Yuvraj names his son ‘Shaurya’. Vikram gives his daughter ‘Mehek’. Some years later, Shaurya is grown up to be a boxer while Mehek is seen to be a girl with boy’s qualities (a tomboy). They get dreams of their past life.

Mehek meets Shaurya for the first time in a boxing competition and wins him. Vikram plans marriage for Mehek. Mehek runs from there on the day of the wedding. Vikram goes after her. He tries to hit her, Shaurya comes to save her. During this process, he gets some flashbacks.

Twelve years later, Shaurya wins a trophy for being the best boxer in school. On the other hand, Mehek gets admission into Shaurya’s college. Mehek, her sister, Swati and their mom leave for the city. Mehek rests somewhere on their way. Shaurya’s jeep passes and splashes water on Mehek. She tries to fight then but she’s unable to see Shaurya. Mehek goes to her former house and get blur flashbacks.

On her first day at college, Mehek bullies Karan (a friend of Shaurya).

Meanwhile, Shaurya always feels something different whenever Mehek is close to where he is. Rohit provokes Mehek to beat him up. This action makes the principal rusticate mehek from the college. Shaurya saves Mehek’s life countless times. Gradually, he starts having a soft spot for her. Swati gets a job at Khurana’s office. Mehek continues to have flashbacks. Later, it turns out that Yuvraj and Shaurya have been pretending all along to deceive Mehek.

Mehek falls for Shaurya’s gestures. She defends him in front of the coach. Mehek’s mom, Sajita sees a woman falling. The woman face is shown to be Kanta. Sajita takes Kanta to the doctor. Shaurya donates blood to Kanta. Mehek is pleased with this, she starts falling for Shaurya. Yuvraj concots a plan to defame Mehek. He asks Karan to give her excess Alcohol. Mehek says ‘I LOVE YOU Shaurya’s in her drunken state. Shaurya rescues Mehek when she is kidnapped. Swetlana’s son, Arush arrives in the picture. Arush’s marriage is arranged to Sweeti, Shaurya’s sister.

Arush takes his mom to Sweeti’s family. Swetlana is shocked to see Shaurya after so many years. She calls off the engagement out of fear. Mehek is in a temple. Swetlana moves towards her with a car. She runs from there when she sees Mehek’s face. Swetlana goes to work magician known as Baba to get Mehek killed again. Shaurya sees Mehek everywhere, he wonders why he misses her. Mehek and Shaurya have a banter in the college ring. Mehek punches him hard in the face. Swetlana however, pays some goons to finish Mehek off. Mehek beat Swetlana’s goons when they try to attack her. Shaurya also confesses how much he loves Mehek. Yuvraj is pissed when Swetlana announces her decision to sponsor Mehek.

Swetlana uses her sponsorship influence to put mehek in her control. She frames Mehek, which leads to a rift between Shaurya and her. After long struggles, Mehek is finally back with Shaurya. Their families fix their marriage. The duo starts to suspect Swetlana. Swetlana plans something deadly for Mehek’s mehendi function. Shaurya finds Mehek’s coach dead at the farmhouse and message Mehek to come over. She leaves for the farmhouse, Swati follows her in a rickshaw. Swetlana’s thugs follow them. One of the thugs shoots, the bullet hits Swati. Mehek in a distraught state rushes her to the hospital. It’s too late as the doctor breaks the news of Swati’s death.

Swetlana returns to Baba and tells him that he killed the wrong person, and Mehek is alive. Meanwhile, Mehek blames Shaurya for her sister’s death. Mehek enters Swetlana’s room with a knife. They are both heading somewhere in the car. Swetlana takes out her gun and brings Mehek to a cliff. She narrates how she killed her & Shaurya in their first life. Mehek recalls everything. Swetlana shoots her, she screams. Shaurya feels uneasy. Kanta watches from afar and get Mehek to the hospital. Kanta meets Shaurya but he doesn’t remember anything. Mehek’s burial is being performed. Arush and Swetlana are happy. Swetlana goes to sit in the car. She sees Mehek’s ghost at the back. She runs out scared. Mehek didn’t die, it’s a plan to scare Swetlana. Finally, Swetlana falls on a knife while trying to attack Mehek and Shaurya. She dies. Mehek and Shaurya gets married with the whole family blessings.
