Kavya thinks she can’t live in a guilty anymore and hide truth from Vanraj/V, but if she reveals truth, everything will be destroyed and the love she is getting and craved for years will vanish in seconds. Her inner voice’s bad side asks her not to do anything or else she will lose V and the good side asks her to reveal truth to V. Bad side says she will lose V forever, good side says she should if she truly loves V and can’t bear V’s betrayal. She gets more upset. Vanraj walks to her. Kavya hugs him tightly. Vanraj says except makeup, she can get her ready the way she likes; he describes how their baby’s qualities would be. Kavya thinks she can’t reveal truth to V.
Party starts. Kapadias and Shahs do a fashion show wearing their best attire. Bas Deewangi Deewangi Hai… song plays in the background. Everyone praise Kavya’s style and say she is having a baby glowing. Toshu says Leela is shining today, but Vanraj and Kavya are shining more. Kavya says V got him ready today. Leela performs Kavya’s nazar. Toshu prays god that Vanraj’s would be baby shouldn’t be like his other children and says he was a bad kid but will try to reform himself and become a good kid. He apologizes and thanks them for forgiving his mistakes repeatedly. Vanraj and Anupama pamper him. Toshu says he will try to even be a good husband and set everything right. Dimpy tells Samar that Toshu is taunting him indirectly. Samar asks her to stop provoking him as he knows his brother well. Barkha tells Adhik that Shah family’s drama doesn’t end at all, they act as if they are the best family sometimes and pull each other’s hair sometimes, Adhik should stay away from Shas. Adhik says he give a damn to Shahs, he is just worried about Pakhi’s threat and will speak to her tonight for sure.
Hasmukh says let us start the ritual now. Ankush gets a call, informs something to Anuj, and leaves. Barkha recalls Ankush’s concern for his illegitimate son. Anupama says let baby’s papa start the ritual first. Vanraj performs a ritual on Kavya and tells her that he is so happy that they are together again, their kid is a key to their happiness, he is eager to see his child. Anuj asks Vanraj to murmur later and let others perform ritual. Vanraj emotionally thanks Kavya for giving him this happiness and wipes his tears. Leela asks him not to spoil happiness with tears. Nakul notices MD missing steps during dance rehearsals and questions her. MD says her body is rehearsing, but her mind is somewhere else. She gets Dimpy’s message that they are celebrating Kavya’s baby shower ceremony, gets emotional, and runs to her room. Shahs and Kapadias then play a game. Samar refuses to play the game saying he is not in mood. Leela prays god to keep a mother and child from evil eyes. Kavya emotionally hugs Leela. Leela jokingly asks Kavya not to reshape her baby’s eyebrow if she delivers a baby girl. Shahs continue their game. Barkha calls Ankush and asks why did he leave a function midway, hears him, and threatens him not to do that or else he doesn’t know what she will do. She pops in her anxiety pills. Pakhi cheers up Vanraj. Adhik walks to her and asks if she is too happy. Pakhi says even he can. Adhik yells at her not to act oversmart. Pakhi says he shouldn’t be too rude instead and moves away. Leela notices their argument. Vanraj wins the game and asks Kavya to inform their child that papa fixes diaper well.
